CANCELING AN ORDER

To cancel your order, please contact us on 9488084950 or email spirulina@auroville.org.in between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays (Mon-Fri). If your order has not been shipped then, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

But if your order has been shipped then, we cannot authorize your cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

If you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund of the total amount paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. On receipt of the defective/damaged/wrong product at our end, kindly allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed. We will keep you updated on the status of your refund from time to time.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

Used products
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & label

MISSING PARCELS

Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot take responsibility for the wrong address being used for an order. E-mail us if your product do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address if possible.
